Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping for AU only on orders over $150

Standard domestic delivery:  Flat rate $8 for orders under $150. Postage is usually 2-3 days but please allow at least 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Click and Collect: Shop online and pick up from our boutique free

Note: Please allow at least 24 hours for us to get the order ready for pick up.


If you are located outside of Australia, you will require international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on location.

Standard international delivery:  allow up to 10 working days. 

All international orders require a phone number and email for notification of delivery. Parcels cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

FIGGY Boutique is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST time are processed the same day unless sent via Sendle who pick up the following working day. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Please note: Orders may be subject to delays during busy periods and we thank you for your patience during these times.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and FIGGY Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday

Please note: deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
